Dr. Rouff is proud of his staff,
most of whom have been with him for
many years. They have gotten to know
our patients on a personal level and
are dedicated to making certain that
every patient has a good experience
while visiting the office.

Raye
Dr. Rouff’s senior assistant celebrated
her 25th year working with Dr. Rouff in
2005. She is now in the New York State
Dental Assistant Certification Program which
has greatly expanded her duties and makes
use of all her years of experience.

Tammie
Our full time registered dental hygienist
has been with our office for more than 10
years. She is completely knowledgeable
of her field and Dr. Rouff has equipped her
with the latest devices she needs for dental
hygiene, including ultrasonics and air
abrasives.

Shawna
Our office manager is also a 10 year
veteran employee. She handles all aspects of
our business office including electronic
insurance claims and billing.

Adrienne
Dr. Rouff's second assistant is our
newest employee. With no previous dental
office experience she has adapted very well
to her new duties and become a valuable
member of our staff.

Robin Our second front office staff
member helps our patients on the phone and
in person. We don't like to keep patients
waiting on the phone or at the front desk.
Robin is there so that it doesn't happen.
