About Dr. Rouff

Dr. Rouff was born and raised in Binghamton. He did his undergraduate work at the State University of Buffalo and received his dental education at the University of Pennsylvania. After spending two years in the United States Army Dental Corp, he returned to this area and began his practice.

Dr. Rouff really enjoys practicing dentistry and believes that much of his enthusiasm stems from his desire to continually update and improve his skills and the materials and devices that are part of the practice. “Many of our patients comment that there is always something new when they visit the office.”

Dr. Rouff is pleased to be an active member in his profession, and has been recognized by his colleagues to serve in leadership positions, and as a representative for state and national dental organizations.
